This may include your name, email address, phone number, website, city or service area, main service, optional Google Business Profile link, website-check findings, and appointment details. We save website-check reports and, if you request an emailed report, your contact details and optional follow-up consent choice, wording, version, and submission time. When you choose appointment texts, we retain your consent choice, phone number, consent wording and version, submission time, and the form used.

How we use information

We use your information to respond to your request, provide your review or free report, arrange appointments, and communicate about your appointment. You can see website findings without providing contact details. Requesting a report does not require agreement to follow-up emails; we follow up about results only when you check the optional consent box. Appointment confirmations and reminders by text require your separate, optional consent. You can book or request a review without agreeing to text messages. Report follow-up consent does not authorize text messages.

SMS privacy and sharing

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
